Tend What Grows Within
The Inner Garden is where I gather the practices that help me feel more grounded, more present, and a little more at home in my own life.
This is the space for yoga, reflection, healing, nervous-system care, gentle movement, stress support, and the small daily choices that help us feel better without turning wellness into another full-time job.
Around here, health is not a performance.
It is something we tend.
Quietly. Consistently. Imperfectly.

Wellness Should Support Your Life
I have spent years working in wellness spaces as a yoga instructor, nutritionist, personal trainer, running coach, and Reiki practitioner.
And somewhere along the way, I became increasingly uninterested in wellness that makes people feel like they are constantly failing.
I believe movement should help you live better.
Food should nourish you, not become a moral test.
Rest counts.
Mental health counts.
Strength counts.
Joy counts.
And sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is stop treating yourself like a project that needs to be completed.
Yoga Was My Way In
My own relationship with wellness changed when I walked into a yoga class during a difficult period in my life.
I was severely overweight, deeply anxious, and not remotely convinced that I belonged there.
I hid in the back.
Then I kept going back.
Yoga became one of the first places where I learned how to stay in my body instead of constantly trying to escape it.
That experience shaped the way I teach now.
I care far less about whether a pose looks impressive and much more about whether a person leaves class feeling stronger, calmer, and more capable in their own body.
Choose What You Need Today
A Gentle Reminder
You do not have to overhaul your entire life to feel better.
Sometimes the next right thing is ten minutes of movement.
Sometimes it is eating something nourishing.
Sometimes it is turning off your phone.
Sometimes it is asking for help.
Sometimes it is simply noticing that you are tired.
The Inner Garden is here to help you tend those things with a little more curiosity and a lot less judgment.
